QA or QC - Cambridgeshire
A great opportunity to move into or progress in food manufacturing for those with an ‘A’ Level in chemistry or biology and / or, common sense and the drive to ensure high quality standards of production in a manufacturing environment! This well established Food Manufacturer is looking for a Process Control Monitor / Quality Control Monitor. The role will involve a variety of QA and QC related duties including monitoring production and product quality, adjusting product recipes and creating recipes. As such applicants will gain exposure to product development / NPD as well. The role involves working rotating shifts around a 6-2, 2-10 pattern. Ideally applicants will have experience of Quality Assurance, Quality Auditor or Quality Control in food manufacturing and be used to working to BRC, Efsis or ISO standards. However, applicants from a pharmaceutical or similar manufacturing background with stringent quality control procedures will also be considered as will applicants with Chemistry biased ‘A’ Level, BTec, HND, GNVQ or degree qualifications. The right individual with the drive to ensure standards are constantly scrutinized and methods of improvement suggested will soon make headway in this company and further career opportunities will be presented.
