Shift Team Leader - Manchester
Part of a sizeable, successful and growing food manufacturing group, this company require a Shift Production Manager. They are currently undergoing a change management program and as such are looking for a good man-manager with experience in the food manufacturing industry, preferably though not essentially in a highly mechanized environment, who has been involved in continuous improvement exercises, offers a track record or achieving and succeeding KPIs and has been trained in GMP. The role involves working alternative 6-2, 2-10 shifts. A re-location package is available where required.
