Production Manager - West Midlands
This expanding food manufacturing company require a Production Manager to join their existing Management team. Applicants must have experience in Food Manufacturing and with that a knowledge and understanding of BRC or Efsis standards and those set by retailers. They must be experienced in introducing new practices and procedures to new and established staff so good man-management skills are essential and will ideally have been gained during change management or continuous improvement exercises in other FMCG environments. Experience of managing labour and equipment budgets will be beneficial as will a track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs. The ideal person for this role will be flexible, adapt to change well, be comfortable leading staff by example and ‘getting their hands dirty’ as and when demands arise. In return, the successful applicant will be part of a growing company and have an opportunity to help drive the company forward by moulding production methods and building a team in the manner they deem most suitable. Based in the West Midlands, this role can be commuted to from Birmingham, Coventry, Redditch, West Bromwich, Walsall, Tamworth and Wolverhampton amongst other areas
