Home Economist / Sensory Analyst / Food Technologist - South West Midlands
Working within the food industry, a Home Economist / Sensory Analyst / Food Technologist is required to perform a variety of duties relating to the evaluation and benchmarking of food products. Around this the role will involve surveying market trends through a variety of channels, analysing the market position of products, offering suggestions for the improvements of food products, working as part of a sampling team and helping prepare and present all ascertained information. Applicants will ideally have a HND, Degree or similar in Home Economics, Consumer Science or a related Food based qualification, a track record of working to deadlines in a fast paced environment, a good understanding of food and food preparation and strong written and verbal communication skills. Based in Gloucestershire this role can be commuted to from Evesham, Worcester, Cheltenham, Stratford-Upon-Avon and surrounding areas
