Accounts Assistant
A small but expanding organisation requires an Accounts Assistant to join it's organisation to take day to day control of their accounts function.
Initially you will be required to maintain the purchase and sales ledger and carry out some credit control duties. You will be responsible for ensuring all invoices are raised and processed correctly and timely, allocating funds received to customer accounts, statement reconciliations and dealing with factoring of sales invoices.
It is intended that the scope of duties will increase to include VAT and cash flow as the successful candidate becomes familiar with the position. The salary will be reviewed as responsibilities increase.
The suitable candidate will have previous accounts experience and be looking for a role which will progress.
