Customer Service- Insurance
An expanding insurance company based in the North East are as a result of internal promotion seeking to recruit an Insurance Technician
Dealing with Personal Line insurance products predominantly with car and home, including renewals, new business and mid term adjustments, your duties will include:
- To ensure all proper broking practices are observed
- To support the Operation Manager and other team members
- To meet agreed individual performance levels
- To communicate with insurers and clients
- Maintaining agreed service standards
- Ensure that records are accurately maintained
The suitable candidate will ideally have a recognised Insurance qualification or be prepared to work towards one with previous experience of Personal Lines insurance products.
