Customer Service Administrator
Due to continued business growth an excellent opportunity has arisen with one of our high profile clients.
Working within a team of 4 you will be responsible for providing support to the customer service team. Main duties and responsibilities will include: - Sorting Parking/Congestion/Speeding fines and logging onto database - Sorting damage claims/additional claim info and logging onto database - Chasing Purchase invoice Queries - Issue damage claims by fax, e-mail, post - Dealing with incoming post including fines (arranging payment and determining nominations), MOT documents, insurance letters (advising customer details) - Dealing with internal e-mails for the above including Tax Discs (arranging correct address for delivery) fine invoicing, damage invoicing, sales invoice queries - Filing Faxing Post
The successful candidate will be self motivated, confident, approachable, hard working, punctual and able to tackle any task given with strong communication skills. Previous administration experience is essential, preferably from within a fast paced environment. You will also be IT literate with the use of Excel, Word, and Access.
