Technical Manager - Nottinghamshire
This large and successful organisation with a range of established, evolving and new products for use in food manufacturing require a Technical Manager. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management and development of the technical and QA aspects of the production process and fully supporting the Company’s sales activity, initiating new products and applications. You will be an integral part of a small management team and will contribute to the strategic development of the business and drive forward the Technical and QA functions. You will be computer literate and be able to work conscientiously and set high standards. Technical experience of Oils and Fats, a thorough understanding of HACCP and a proven record in Technical/QA management is essential to this role.
