Finance Administrator
A high profile organisation is seeking to recruit an additional member of staff to it's finance team.
An excellent opportunity for someone seeking to begin a career within finance you will be working as part of a team in a dynamic and fast paced environment that offers excellent chances of progression. Your responsibilities will include: - To accurately raise invoices and credit notes onto the accounting systems within a specified target - To actively chase and recover debt in an efficient and effective manner - To issue reminder letters - Dealing with queries received - To answer telephone queries in a clear and professional manner - Production of a monthly management report spreadsheet
The successful applicant will have a general administration background with strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills essential. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and be able to prioritise duties as required.
Initially a temporary position there is a strong possibility of the role becoming permanent.
