Manuacturing Manager - Hertfordshire / Middlesex
This well established food manufacturing group require a Manufacturing Manager to join them and drive progress and change at one of their sites. Applicants must have experienced of achieving and surpassing KPIs in a high paced food manufacturing environment, leading continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing to the standards of leading UK retailers. The successful applicant will take ownership of all production activities on site covering all shifts, continually review structure to remain in line with group targets and initiatives, support and drive cultural change initiatives, implement GMP and manage operational budgets. Based in Hertforshire / North London. This role can be commuted to from parts of Essex, Middlesex and Buckinghamshire and places such as Barnet, Hertford, St. Albans, Enfield, Chigwell and surrounding areas.
