Production Manager
This large, well established and continually expanding food manufacturer require a Production Manager with a background in Food Manufacturing as a Production Manager, Production Team Leader, Shift Manager, Factory Manager or similar. Applicants must have experienced of achieving and surpassing KPIs in a high paced food manufacturing environment, leading continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing to the standards of leading UK retailers. The successful applicant will take ownership of all production activities on site covering all shifts, continually review structure to remain in line with group targets and initiatives, support and drive cultural change initiatives, implement GMP and manage operational budgets.
