Business/ ICT Tutor - Graduate
Our Client is a market leading organisation who, due to continual expansion, is seeking to recruit new or recent Business and / or ICT graduates interested in training to become On-line Tutors for their 'virtual classrooms'.
Delivering education online is a rapidly expanding sector and our Client is looking for Candidates who would like use their knowledge of Business and / or ICT to teach others to teach and tutor others.
Based from our Client's site in Stockton you will be teaching students of all ages, delivering a number of different courses at various academic levels from Key Stage 2 up to A-Level and NVQ. These live lessons are intended for students who are unable for a number of reasons to be taught in a normal classroom environment and will be delivered to students in small groups remotely via the internet.
No previous teaching or tutoring experience is required as you will embark on a structured development programme that will be delivered in accordance with professional accredited training. As you progress you will have the opportunity to gain various recognised qualifications whilst at the same time being paid for the work you do. As the company continues to expand there will be further opportunities for progression within the organisation. In return our Client offers a structured training scheme and salary level.
The successful applicants will be empathetic to the needs of students and have a passion for their chosen subject. You will have strong communication skills, both verbally and written, and be IT literate.
