Our Client is a market leading organisation who is seeking to recruit new or recent graduate into their organisation who would be interested in training to become On-line Teachers for their 'virtual classrooms'. This is a rapidly expanding industry and our Client is looking for Candidates who would like use their knowledge of specialist subjects to teach others.

Based from our Client's site in Stockton you will be teaching students of all ages, delivering a number of different courses at various academic levels. This will be to students who are unable for a number of reasons to be taught in a normal classroom environment and will be delivered to students in small groups remotely via the internet.

No previous teaching or tutoring experience is required as you will embark on a structured development programme that will be delivered in accordance with professional accredited training. As you progress you will have the opportunity to gain various recognised qualifications whilst at the same time being paid for the work you do. As the company continues to expand there will be further opportunities for progression.

Although all subjects will be considered our Client is particularly interested in Graduates with a background in Mathematics as you will be trained to teach in this subject.

The successful applicants be to empathetic to the needs of students and have a passion for their chosen subject. You will have strong communication skills, both verbally and written, and be IT literate.
