Shift Production Manager
As part of a continuous improvement drive, this company now require a Shift Production Manager to join their existing management team. Applicants must have a background in food manufacturing and have worked as a Production Manager, Shift Manager or Team Leader on cooked and chilled products for major UK retailers. The successful applicant will be responsible for continually improving efficiencies and training and developing their team. As such, the employer will be looking for a strong background of achieving and surpassing KPIs and implementing GMP, 5S, Kaizen or similar practice. Applicants must have strong written and verbal communication skills. This role is predominantly day shifts. Based in Yorkshire it can be commuted to from most of West Yorkshire and South Yorkshire and parts of Lancashire and Humberside.
