Operations Manager
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing and controlling all operational activity across this expanding Food Manufacturing site. Responsibilities include, formulating and delivering the operations strategy, preparing and applying long term development programs for staff, proactively pursuing continuous improvement across the site and increasing production levels to match ever growing demands. Applicants must have a proven track record in an Operations Management or Production Management position within a Food Manufacturing. Strong man-management skills are essential as is the ability to communicate and influence at all business levels.
